Terms of Service

By using Secrets you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password safe.

Your account and your email

Use your own email address and confirm it with the code we send. An account on an email that has not been confirmed can be replaced: if the real owner of that email proves it, the unconfirmed account and all its content are deleted.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You let us store it and show it to other people in the app as you chose (under your name or an alias), and to run the features you use, such as AI suggestions and notifications. Anonymous posts hide your name from other people, but they are not untraceable: we keep a private record of the author, and an administrator can look it up for a reported item.

Rules

Do not post or send anything that:

is illegal, or sexual content involving anyone under 18;
threatens, harasses or bullies someone, or encourages harm or self-harm;
shares someone's private details (such as address, phone number or ID) or tries to work out who wrote an anonymous post;
is spam, a scam, or pretends to be another person or the Secrets team;
tries to break, overload or get around the service or its limits.

Moderation

People can report posts and comments. We, and automatic checks, may hide or remove content, limit features, or close accounts that break these rules or put others at risk. We may do this without notice when the risk is serious.

The service

Secrets is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it is always available or error free, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using the service, from other people's content, or from an outage.

Ending your account

You can stop using Secrets at any time. To delete your account, contact us at secretsapp.global@gmail.com. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. Using Secrets after that means you accept the new terms.
